Hello, I would like to personally welcome and thank you for visiting Pam's Gluten Free Kitchen!  If you are interested in our products and services then that means that either you yourself, a family member or a friend is also a member of the Gluten-Free community.  Let me reassure you that you have come to the right place!  All our products are Gluten-Free and we have an extensive product line filled with Casein/Dairy Free, Corn Free, Nut Free & Egg Free items as well.  We also can easily accommodate many other allergies (such as Soy Free) so please make sure you send us an email or give us a call should you have any questions at all.

Our custom cakes are made specifically to your needs & we can work within EVERY budget.  Please take a minute to look around our growing gallery page to get an idea of what type of cake (Fondant or Buttercream) you're looking for ( we can accommodate any theme) and then feel free to download & fill out our Custom Cake Order Form.  You may email the form back to us at which time we will be able to better provide you with an estimate and contact you via telephone to go over your cake order in more detail.

If you live in Broward County you may stop by Nutrition Smart in Pembroke Pines and sign up for our FREE monthly Gluten Free cooking class which I teach on the second Thursday of every month from 6-7pm.  If you don’t live in close vicinity to Pembroke Pines, please feel free to download our Request Form & be sure to take it with you to your local health food store so they may contact us for wholesale ordering information and setting up an in store tasting.  You will also find our products in many stores throughout the southeast and west so please visit our Retailers Page for more information on where to purchase items locally.  We are also now offering Custom Decorated Cookies that are a great addition to any party, wedding or other occasion and we can easily ship them nationwide!  Simply contact us for more information or visit our GF Custom Cookie link.
