Dear Pam,
I just wanted to thank you again for your generosity. The children literally inhaled your cupcakes and cookies. I hardly got any photos because they descended upon them like locusts! What a hit! All your flyers are gone too, to grateful moms and dads.
I'll take some good photos of the gingerbread house when we make it this week.
But I wanted you to know you made a lot of children happy today!!!

I was introduced to Pam as I do quite a bit of business with her husband Angelo. I was told that before I buy a cake I give her a call. We took the leap of faith and had Pam make us the cake. My wife Allison did all the work and worked closely with Pam. Pam went out of her way to make sure we got what we want. Most importantly the CAKE WAS DELICIOUS. Not a bite to spare. I just discovered your fudge cake with chocolate icing last week. It was wonderful. I will return to the Nutrition smart for more tomorrow. I could not have hoped for a more sucessful Rosh Hashanah holiday dinner. The food was delicious and plentiful starting with the Stuffed Mushroom Hors D'Oeuvres and ending with the desserts. Preparing a Gluten Free dinner is not an easy task & you did an outrageous job.
